CAMP PHOENIX

 

Camp Phoenix Staff 

 

All counselors have successfully completed the following: individual interview, BCI, counselor training session and staff evaluations throughout the duration of the camp year.

  

They are matched to specific programs according to experience, strengths and interests. They willingly "take ownership" in the camp by bringing it to life with their energy and creativity.

 

Counselors are "mentored" by directors but given autonomy to put their own fingerprint on Camp Phoenix.

 

They are truly "the best of the best." Counselors range from college graduates to high school seniors.
