CAMP PHOENIX

Drop Off: 7:30am-9:00am

  *Pick-Up: 4:30pm-5:30pm*

• 7:30 - 9:00 (1.5 hours): Normal Drop-off at the front gates; Check-in with camp staff; Office staff available at table; Lunches put in bins; Canteen orders, Informal Activities set up and watched by the counselors in Flock Time.

• 9:00 - 9:30 (30 min): At the Nest or Bunker Hill for Transition; Attendance/Bugspray/Sunscreen; ESY transitions to foyer; Promos and Activity Announcements.

• 9:30 - 10:35 (1 hour 5 min): AM Activity 1

• 10:40 - 10:55 (15 min): Snack at Flock Area

• 10:55 - 11:05 (10 min): At the Nest or Bunker Hill for Transition; Promos and Activity Announcements

• 11:05 - 12:00 (55 min): AM activity 2

• 12:05 - 12:35 (30 min): lunch 

• 12:40-1:15 (35 min): Announcements/Transitions

• 1:15 - 2:20 (55 min): PM Activity 1

• 2:20 - 2:45 (25 min): Flock Time, Sunscreen/Bug Spray

• 2:50 - 3:00 (10 min): Annoucements/Transitions

• 3:00 - 4:15 (1 hour): PM Activity 2

• 4:15 - 4:30 (15 min): Closing of Day

• 4:30 - 5:00 (30 min): Flock Time

• 5:00 - 5:30 (30 min): Post Camp

 

 

 

**Please note that an additional fee will be charged for pick-ups after 5:30! 

**IMPORTANT: You will be charged a $10 late fee every time you pick up after 5:30 (up to 15 minutes). You will be charged a $20 late fee every time you pick up after 5:45.

An additional charge will be added after 6:00.

No exceptions!**

 

Note: Schedule will be adjusted due to rainy days and ozone alert days.

 

Please understand that all early dismissals must go through the camp office.  Parents must call the camp office when they arrive at camp and an office staff member will bring the child to the parking lot to be dismissed. (Please have your ID.)

We ask all parents to please refrain from picking up their children between 4:00-4:15 due to special events/announcements taking place at that time. (Emergencies are the only exception.)
