The Deans Department was established to help ensure the safety and well-being of both campers and staff. Throughout the day, the Deans work to address behavioral concerns, promote a positive camp environment, and support the community by responding to situations as they arise.

Camp Phoenix is built on Safety, Socialization, and Decision-making.
Our entire program is built on the foundation of those ideals. Likewise, our discipline code is meant to reflect those values.
We believe that every member of the Camp Phoenix community—campers, family, and staff—have the following rights:
