Refund/ Payment Policy

  • All camp registrations are considered final. Refunds are generally not issued once a participant has been registered.

  • Refunds may be considered only in special circumstances, such as serious illness, injury, or other unforeseen situations.

  • All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of camp administration. Supporting documentation may be requested.

  • Payment Deadline: All camp payments are due by the Wednesday prior to the start of the camp session. This deadline is necessary to determine accurate staffing needs and ensure appropriate supervision and programming.

  • Weather-Related Cancellations: Camp operates rain or shine whenever possible. In the event that camp must be canceled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, refunds will not be issued. Depending on the situation, a make-up day or credit may be offered at the discretion of camp administration, but this is not guaranteed.

  • Please note: No refunds will be provided for missed days, late arrivals, or early departures. Refunds will not be issued due to changes in personal schedules, preferences, or failure to meet the payment deadline. Administrative or processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. If you believe your situation qualifies as a special circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your request.
